Joomlaboard header section is displayed in a DIV tag with ID attribute set to sb_header. The header section contains the following elements:

• forum header (Placed in an H1 tag)
• Forum navigation links
• Spacer div (belongs to spacer class)

The sb_header div will only appear if you set the template to either default or d_blue (this div doesn't exist in tsmfQR template!)
